01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for or using any part of the gcup3 platform — including the website, mobile application or related services — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this document.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and gcup3 as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the gcup3 platform.

02 Account Registration

To use gcup3 services, you are required to register a valid account. During the registration process, you agree to provide information that is true, accurate, current and complete.

The registration requirements that must be complied with are as follows:

• You must be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration. ⚠️
• Only one account is permitted per individual. Holding multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended without prior notice.
• Personal information submitted — including full name, mobile phone number and email — must be accurate and valid as per your identity documents.
• You are responsible for updating your account information if any changes occur.
• Your account password is entirely your own responsibility. gcup3 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
• Registration from regions or jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not allowed.

gcup3 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your identity card (MyKad) or a valid passport. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in your account being suspended until verification is complete.

03 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the gcup3 platform are processed in accordance with the established financial policy. gcup3 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH).

The conditions relating to withdrawals are as follows:

• All withdrawals are processed to the account or e-wallet registered in the name of the gcup3 account holder only.
• Players must fulfil the bonus wagering requirement before withdrawing funds related to a bonus.
• gcup3 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal until the identity verification process is complete, particularly for first-time withdrawals.
• Any activity suspected of being related to money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.

04 Bonuses and Promotions Specific Terms

gcup3 offers various promotions to platform members. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise.

The gcup3 welcome bonus provides a 100% match on your first deposit up to RM500. This means if you deposit RM100, you will receive a RM100 bonus — making your balance RM200. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount: in this example, you need to place bets totalling RM1,000 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

For larger deposits — for example RM1,200 — the maximum bonus is RM500, making your balance RM1,700. The wagering requirement to be met is RM500 × 10 = RM5,000.

• Bonuses may only be used by the registered recipient. Transferring bonuses between accounts is not allowed.
• gcup3 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus if there is evidence of misuse or fraud.
• Promotions cannot be combined unless specifically stated in the terms of the promotion concerned.
• Any attempt to exploit the bonus system may result in cancellation of the bonus and account termination.

05 Player Conduct

All gcup3 players are required to act honestly, responsibly and ethically when using this platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts or any unauthorised third-party tools to influence gameplay.
• Collaboration between players to exploit games or the platform's bonus system.
• Use of false information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt or damage the gcup3 platform infrastructure.
• Spreading defamatory, offensive or inappropriate content through the platform's communication channels.
• Using the gcup3 platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.

gcup3 uses monitoring technology to detect unusual activity. Any violation of this section may result in immediate action including account suspension, seizure of funds in the account and reporting to the relevant authorities.

06 Account Termination

Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting the gcup3 support team. Before the account is closed, any valid remaining balance will be returned in accordance with the applicable withdrawal policy, subject to the completion of all relevant wagering requirements.

gcup3 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the specified period.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or any criminal activity.
• Request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Opening of multiple accounts by the same individual.

In cases where an account is terminated due to a violation, gcup3 reserves the right to hold any funds in the account while an investigation is conducted, and if fraud is proven, the funds will not be returned.

07 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the gcup3 platform — including but not limited to website design, logos, graphics, text, software, user interfaces and databases — is the exclusive property of gcup3 or its legitimate licensors.

You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or exploit any part of the gcup3 platform's content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from gcup3.

The gcup3 trade name, trademarks and logos are protected. Use of such names or marks by third parties without explicit permission constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights and may be subject to legal action.

08 Disclaimer of Liability

The gcup3 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gcup3 endeavours to keep the platform available and functioning properly at all times, but cannot guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, technical errors or faults at all times.

• gcup3 is not responsible for any financial loss suffered by players as a result of technical disruptions that are beyond the platform's control.
• gcup3 does not accept liability for the actions of third parties that affect a player's account as a result of the player's own negligence in maintaining account security.
• Game outcomes determined by an audited Random Number Generator (RNG) are final and cannot be disputed.
• gcup3 is not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

09 Amendments to Terms

gcup3 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to players via a notification on the platform or through the registered email address.

Continued use of the gcup3 platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the amended terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version of the terms.

The date these terms were last updated is shown at the top of this document and below each section that has been changed.

10 Applicable Law

gcup3 operates under an international licence and complies with the legal requirements of its licensing jurisdiction. These terms and conditions are interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the gcup3 platform that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement between the player and gcup3 within a reasonable period will be referred to an alternative dispute resolution body recognised by our licensing authority.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be reinterpreted in accordance with the applicable law while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
